Registration
- Registration must be done online - One Registration PER FAMILY or SINGLE Participant. A family includes spouse only.
- All rooms are double occupancy except when rooming with spouse. If you wish to have a single room you will need extra $210.
- All registration fees include feeding, accomodation and other needed conference items.
- Registration must be completed and payment received by June 12th, 2008

Transportation
- Conference participants MUST fly in through Chicago MIDWAY Airport.
- The hotel location is 5 minutes from the airport.
- Airport shuttle to hotel is available. participants do not need car rental services.
- Sight-seeing is at the expense of participants. No formal arrangement is made.
