- Registration must be done online - One Registration PER FAMILY or COUPLE or SINGLE Participant.
- All registration fees include participation and needed conference items.
- Registration does not cover hotel accomodation. Participants may book hotel accomodation directly online at http://www.radisson.com/cacnorthamerica.
- Registration must be completed and payment received by June 27th, 2010

About Philadelphia
Transportation
- Convention participants are advised to fly in through Philadelphia International Airport (PHI)
- The hotel location is 35 minutes from the airport.
- Airport shuttle to hotel is available. participants do not need car rental services.
- The hotel and the Convention Center are located in the same area. So, transportation is not needed to commute from the hotel to the center.
- Sight-seeing is at the expense of participants. No formal arrangement is made.
